- WIRE HARNESSES

We manufacture both simple two wire harnesses up to multi-wire
harnesses containing 100+ or more lead wires in a branched hard wire
assembly configuration. These harnesses range in length from 4 inches upward
in excess of 65 feet. At present we produce HVAC, heavy industrial, light
commercial, appliance and automotive type harnesses. We electrically test
our harnesses to provide the customer a quality product at competitive
prices backed by experience and know how.
- MULTI-LEAD CABLES

We can produce multi-lead cables, in almost any configuration, with
end connectors and terminations to match our customers needs. As with our
wire harnesses we electrically test these cables to assure quality and
hassle free installation.
- LEAD WIRES
-
When harnesses are not what you need we will be glad to produce cut
lead wires terminated with your specified terminations in either single lead
or kit form. We can mass produce single cut leads or assemble these cut
leads into kits designed to meet the application requirements that you need
the most.
- CONTROL PANELS
-
We have integrated our wire harness and cut lead abilities into the
production of both small and complex control panels. Tennessee Wire
Technologies, LLC will acquire all components, build and install the harness
and perform customer directed testing methods to these finished assemblies.
No order is too small or large as we do both custom panels and/o large
production runs. You give us the print and we will purchase, assembly, test
and ship the panel the way you want it!
- VALUE ADDED SERVICES

Several of our customers have had the need for value added type
services. We work with many different needs and can provide packaged
parts/kits with all associated hardware, labeling and literature to free
your personnel from this logistical and production tedious task. Let us know

or other value added type activities.
